Hi, I'm Grace.

​​I was born and raised in Chicago, and moved to South Carolina to attend the the College of Charleston. After graduating, I began my career as a fourth grade English and language arts teacher and later progressed to become a middle school STEM teacher and curriculum developer.

In 2021, I earned my Master's Degree in Instructional Technology & Design. I began my career at HubSpot as a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) for the Product and Engineering Organization. In this role, I created role specific new hire onboarding and as well as current employee training for the Product, Engineering, and UX teams. 

Recently, my work at HubSpot has shifted to support all new hire onboarding as the Lead Designer. In this role, I analyze where change + new content is needed, design and develop the learning materials, implement and communicate the new changes, and evaluate data to reflect on each learning experience we offer new hires.

Outside of work, you can find me in the garden, practicing yoga, throwing pottery, trying new recipes, or relaxing at the beach!
